Arrival in Leh & Acclimatization
Arrive in Leh and transfer to your hotel. Keep the first day deliberately light to allow your body to adjust to the high altitude. Rest well, hydrate regularly and take a gentle walk around the nearby market only if comfortable. The evening can be used for a relaxed introduction to Leh and its mountain setting.

Sham Valley Exploration
After breakfast, explore the classic Sham Valley circuit including Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers and the ancient monastery at Alchi. Continue towards Lamayuru if time permits, enjoying the dramatic moonland landscape along the way. Return to Leh by evening for a comfortable rest before the high-altitude lake excursion.

Leh to Pangong Lake via Chang La
Depart early for Pangong Lake through the spectacular Chang La pass. The journey passes through high-altitude landscapes and the Changthang region before reaching the blue waters of Pangong. Spend time along the lakeshore, photograph the changing colours and enjoy the remote Himalayan scenery.

Pangong Lake to Leh & Departure
Enjoy the morning views at Pangong before driving back towards Leh. Depending on road and weather conditions, make suitable photo stops en route and arrive in Leh for the next stage of your journey or onward departure. If departing the same day, the schedule will be planned around the flight or vehicle timing.

Departure / Onward Journey
After breakfast, transfer to Leh airport or your onward vehicle according to the final travel schedule. Keep the morning relaxed and allow sufficient time for mountain-road and airport formalities. The Ladakh circuit concludes with your onward journey.
