Arrival in Srinagar
Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to your hotel or houseboat. Spend the day settling into Kashmir's relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a gentle Shikara ride on Dal Lake if arrival timing permits. Keep the evening free for rest and local market exploration.

Srinagar Sightseeing & Dal Lake
Explore Srinagar's Mughal gardens including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, followed by the old city and important cultural landmarks as time permits. Enjoy a leisurely Shikara ride on Dal Lake for views of the houseboats and surrounding mountains. Return to the hotel for a relaxed evening.

Srinagar – Pahalgam
Drive to Pahalgam through the scenic Kashmir Valley. Visit the riverside areas and enjoy the pine-covered mountain scenery; local excursions such as Aru or Betaab Valley can be added according to time and local conditions. Return or stay in Pahalgam as planned.

Pahalgam – Gulmarg
Travel towards Gulmarg, enjoying the changing landscape from Pahalgam's wooded valley to the open meadows around Gulmarg. Check in and spend the afternoon exploring the town and meadow area. The Gondola experience can be planned separately subject to tickets, weather and operation.

Gulmarg Exploration
Enjoy a full day in Gulmarg with time for the meadows, mountain views and optional Gondola ride. Winter and summer activities can be selected according to season and operating conditions. Keep the evening relaxed at the resort.

Gulmarg – Sonamarg – Srinagar
Drive towards Sonamarg for a scenic mountain stop before continuing to Srinagar. Spend time around the Thajiwas/valley area only where local access and season permit. Return to Srinagar for your final Kashmir night.

Srinagar – Kargil
Begin the mountain drive towards Kargil through Sonamarg and Zoji La, subject to seasonal road opening and conditions. Continue through Drass and onward to Kargil, enjoying the dramatic transition from Kashmir to Ladakh. Check in and rest after the long drive.

Kargil – Leh via Lamayuru
Drive from Kargil to Leh via Mulbekh, Lamayuru and the dramatic mountain landscapes of western Ladakh. Visit Lamayuru Monastery and enjoy suitable photo stops along the way. Reach Leh and rest.

Leh Acclimatization & Local Sightseeing
Keep the morning for acclimatization and easy Leh sightseeing. Visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace only if comfortable, with plenty of rest between stops. Prepare for the high-altitude Nubra journey.

Leh – Nubra Valley
Drive to Nubra Valley over Khardung La. Visit Diskit Monastery and Hunder after descending into the valley. Check in and enjoy the valley scenery.

Nubra – Pangong Lake
Travel from Nubra to Pangong via the Shyok route, subject to road conditions. Reach Pangong and enjoy the dramatic lake and mountain setting. Spend the evening by the shoreline.

Pangong – Tso Moriri / Leh
For the final sector, travel towards Tso Moriri through the high Changthang region where route and permit conditions allow, or return to Leh if a more conservative routing is required. This day is intentionally flexible because the connection between the remote lake regions is highly condition-dependent. Tour can conclude at Leh after the final mountain sector.
